Responsibilities

• Oversee drilling, mapping, data validation, and commissioning of equipment.
• Create geological models, process data, and estimate resources.
• Interpret data, manage grade control, ensure compliance, and produce technical reports.
• Lead geology teams, build local capacity, and mentor cross-cultural staff.
• Link geological models with mine planning and processing design.
