Job description

• Issue of Sales invoice, PO, Faktur Pajak, etc.
• Preparation of the fixed asset register.
• Document financial transactions by recording them in the accounting system and financial statements.
• Summarize financial status by collecting information and preparing periodic reports of the balance sheet, profit and loss statements, and others.
• Conduct a month-end and year-end closing process.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Financial analyst and improvement system
• Ensure required journals are correctly entered into the system.
• Preparation of monthly tax (VAT and withholding tax) workings and timely reporting of the same.
