Job description

Senior Staff FAT (Finance, Accounting, Tax)

Manage and oversee all Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FAT) functions for Head Office and franchise units.

Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including consolidated reports.

Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and Indonesian tax regulations.

Handle tax planning, tax reporting (VAT, Income Tax, etc.), and coordinate with tax consultants and external auditors.

Control cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and cost efficiency for operations and franchise expansion.

Develop and implement financial SOPs and effective internal control systems.

Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to support management and board-level decision making.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax roles, preferably in FMCG.

Fluent in English (spoken & written) is must

Detail-oriented, analytical, firm, and highly ethical.

Able to work independently as well as lead a team.
