Role

Currently, we are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing interested in managing our website and social media. We seek a candidate with 5 years of experience crafting and implementing successful digital strategies, preferably within an agency setting. This role demands a keen analytical approach, prioritising data, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.

What You Will Do

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve search visibility, traffic, and conversions
• Plan, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across search and related platforms with a strong focus on ROI
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance audits
• Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance
• Optimise website performance and user experience in collaboration with web and development teams
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and brand objectives
• Analyse social media performance and optimise campaigns for engagement and growth
• Conduct market research and stay up to date with the latest trends in SEO, analytics, and digital marketing

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment
• Strong hands-on experience in SEO and paid advertising
• Working knowledge of tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and analytics platforms
• Experience conducting competitive and market analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• Ability to take ownership of projects and work independently
• Willingness to work according to Australian business hours (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM Jakarta time, including a 1-hour break)
