Qualifications

• Experience as IT Manager or Functional Consultant with background from multiple industries.
• More than 3 years of experience as IT with functional skills in AX 2009/AX 2012 or more than 2 years with D365 FO.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd level IT support and troubleshoot issues in D365 FO.
• Identify system gaps and propose solutions for improvement.
• Manage change requests from users and corporate DIT.
