Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in CRM/retention marketing, preferably in e‑commerce or digital subscriptions.
  • Proven track record with multi-channel campaigns including email and push.
  • Comfortable working with data and interpreting metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute CRM campaigns through various channels.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to derive insights.
  • Work with Data/Analytics to refine customer segments.
