  • Oversee and ensure the end-to-end credit application process across the designated area in compliance with company standards and policies, as well as external regulatory requirements.
  • Review and prepare credit proposals and recommendations that align with internal credit policies and risk appetite.
  • Perform on-site visits to assess customer business operations if required.
  • Maintain consistency in credit risk assessment methodologies and decision‑making standards across all branches within the area.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and emerging risk trends both within the area and across relevant industry sectors.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional departments (e.g., Legal, IT, and Business Units) to resolve complex credit cases and address problem accounts.
  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of area‑specific credit procedures to enhance turnaround time and proposal quality.
  • Conduct in‑depth industry analysis and area mapping to strengthen the department’s risk mitigation strategy and proactively support business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in credit analysis, including at least 2 years in supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of credit risk assessment, financial statement analysis, portfolio monitoring, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong leadership, decision‑making, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends, especially in the assigned area (e.g., heavy equipment, coal mining, mineral mining, forestry, etc.).
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal, to support cross‑functional collaboration and documentation.
  • Good communication and report‑writing skills.
  • Willingness to travel and conduct field visits when necessary.
