What does day-to-day look like?
  • Build, nurture, and manage relationships with key external communities, banks, brands, and strategic partners to strengthen offline presence and support brand activation goals.
  • Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities that can drive community engagement, brand visibility, and store traffic (offline and online).
  • Lead end-to-end negotiation and execution of partnership agreements, ensuring win–win terms, brand compliance, and operational alignment.
  • Plan and execute co-branded events, offline activations, workshops, and local community initiatives and collaborations, coordinating closely with related stakeholders.
  • Secure sponsorships, in-kind support, and collaborative marketing contributions to increase campaign value and reduce activation costs.
  • Manage and deliver partner-facing content and communication materials for joint promotions across offline and online channels (social media, digital ads, newsletters, community hubs, etc).
  • Track, analyse, and report on community engagement activities and partnership performance; provide insights and recommendations to optimise future initiatives.
  • Build a structured community pipeline and maintain updated databases of partners, communities, and local collaborators for continuous engagement.
What does amazing look like?
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields.
  • 2–4 years of experience in partnership management, community relations, business development, or offline activation—preferably in retail, lifestyle brands, or FMCG.
  • Demonstrated ability to increase store traffic and brand reach through community-driven and partner-led campaigns.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience managing partnerships, community stakeholders, and event collaborators.
  • Proven ability to achieve cost efficiencies through co-funded campaigns, shared marketing initiatives, or in‑kind partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills with diverse partners and community groups.
  • Able to manage multiple community programs, events, and partner campaigns in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment.
