  • Experienced in managing and expanding multi‑channel sales (offline stores, e‑commerce, B2B partnerships, and modern trade).
  • Capable of establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners to drive sales performance.
  • Proficient in setting and achieving sales targets, ensuring company growth objectives across various sales channels.
  • Strong leadership in managing and motivating the sales team, ensuring high performance, training, and development for both retail and corporate sales staff.
  • Ability to optimize stock management by coordinating with inventory and merchandising teams to minimize deadstock and ensure product availability.
