They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Buyer/Merchandiser to join their team. The Senior Buyer/Merchandiser will work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure product availability, optimize inventory levels, and drive sales while maintaining profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Senior Buyer, Buyer, or Merchandiser in the retail industry, preferably within luxury products, with a minimum of 5 years of working experience.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with vendors.
• Excellent analytical skills with a deep understanding of retail mathematics and inventory management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for luxury products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with inventory management software is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
