  • Networking:Activelyattendindustryeventstobuildconnectionswithmarketingandtechleadersandstayupdatedonmarkettrends.
  • Outreach:Developandimplementaconsistentoutreachstrategytomaintainahealthysalespipelineandproactivelysecuremeetingsanddrivenewopportunities.
  • ClientEngagement:Buildandsustainstrongrelationshipswithkeydecision-makers,understandingtheirspecificadvertisingandperformancemarketingneedstoprovidetailoredsolutions.
  • SalesPresentations:Prepareanddelivercustomizedsalespresentations,casestudiesandproposalsthatclearlyarticulateM&CSaatchiPerformance’suniquevalueproposition.
  • PipelineManagement:Overseethesalespipelinefromleadgenerationtocontractnegotiationandclosure,ensuringasteadyflowofopportunitiesandsmoothprogressionthrougheachsalesstage.

  • CRMManagement:UtilizeCRMsoftware(Hubspot)tomaintainaccurateandup-to-daterecordsofclientinteractions,pipelineactivities,anddealprogression
  • ReportingandProjections:Provideregularupdatesandinsightsonsalesactivities,revenueperformance,andmarketconditions.Delivermonthly,quarterly,andannualprojectionstoensurealignmentwithorganizationalgoals.
  • RevenueGrowth:Meetorexceedannualrevenuetargetsthrougheffectiveleadconversion.
  • Mentorship:Provideguidanceandmentorshiptojuniorbusinessdevelopmentteammember.

  • YouwillreportdirectlytotheBusinessDevelopmentDirector,APACwhilstworkingasapartoftheRegionalBusinessdevelopmentteam.

Requirements:

Experience

  • Minimumof5+yearsofexperienceinbusinessdevelopmentorsalesinthedigitalsalessector.Experienceinanagencyisbeneficialbutnotessential
  • Proventrackrecordofmeetingorexceedingsalestargetsandrevenuegoals.
  • Deepunderstandingofdigitalmarketingmarkettrendsandvariousmediachannels.
  • Proficiencyintechsolutionsrelevanttothemarket.
