Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive display advertising strategies that align with overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of display campaigns across various platforms (Google Display Network, Youtube, Meta, Tiktok, programmatic networks, etc)
  • Oversee end-to-end management of display campaigns, from creative development to media buying and performance analysis.
  • Conduct a thorough analysis of campaign performance using analytic tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics, and other relevant platforms.
  • Plan and conduct A/B testing and other testing methodologies to continuously improve ad performance and ROI.
  • Identify optimization opportunities/growth, and analyze the impact and effort required
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative Lab, Sales & Marketing team, Product team) to align marketing strategies with business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in display advertising
  • Develop and maintain a testing roadmap to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
  • Capable of leading and managing small to medium projects with minimal supervision, which can potentially create value for the whole team
    Generate regular reports for stakeholders, clearly communicating campaign performance and ROI.

Requirements

  • Graduated from a reputable university. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Math, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with expertise in digital app business is a plus
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.)
  • Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization techniques
  • Proven track record of managing a team and optimizing display advertising campaigns
