Job Description

The AI Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing artificial intelligence solutions to enhance product capabilities, improve efficiency, and support data-driven decision‑making. This role includes delivering a production‑ready conversational chatbot prototype and completing AI‑related tasks relevant to the product domain. The assignment will assess practical skills in natural language processing (NLP), prompt and intent design, model selection and tuning, system integration, testing, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in AI development, with proven involvement in AI or chatbot‑related projects.
• Strong experience with NLP libraries and frameworks such as NLTK, spaCy, or Microsoft Bot Framework.
• Solid understanding of chatbot development best practices, architecture, and design patterns.
• Experience integrating AI solutions using RESTful APIs and webhooks.
• Ability to perform model selection, tuning, testing, and optimization for production use.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience leading or mentoring team members is an advantage.
