Requirements

• Degree in school counselling or bachelor and/or master’s degree in psychology from a university.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience and a demonstrable track record of guiding students through the university application process in countries such as the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and Indonesia.
• Efficient computer skills using Google Apps for Education and web‑based programmes such as Common Application, UCAS, Studielink, BridgeU, Cialfo, etc.
• Above average level of English, both oral and written (TOEIC 780 pts or higher).
• Experience working with teenagers and/or in the educational field.
• Ability to work well individually and with others, including Indonesians and expatriates.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment, including multi‑tasking, fast pace and collaborative inter‑department work.
• Active, initiative, dependable and detail‑oriented.
