Job summary

A growing esports platform seeks a Business Development Executive to drive community engagement and expand operations in South East Asia. The ideal candidate should have over 2 years of experience in esports community management and possess excellent relationship-building skills. Responsibilities include onboarding tournament operators, representing the company at events, and optimizing platform performance. Candidates should be fluent in English and an additional SEA language, with a strong understanding of the local esports ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in esports community management, partnerships, or business development.
• Fluent in English and at least one SEA local language.
• Existing network of TOs, clan leaders, or gaming communities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with Tournament Operators in SEA.
• Onboard TOs to the platform and guide through setup.
• Develop long-term relationships with TOs and influencers.
• Represent the company at regional gaming events.
• Monitor TO activity on the platform and optimize performance.
