Job summary

In this role, you will be at the forefront of our business, responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence. You will play a pivotal role in achieving our sales targets and shaping the future of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive New Business: Identify, prospect, and approach new potential customers to generate leads.
  • Deliver Compelling Presentations: Conduct engaging product/service demonstrations to showcase value to potential clients.
  • Build Trust and Credibility: Clearly explain product features and benefits while expertly addressing customer questions and concerns.
  • Close Deals: Prepare and negotiate offers, pricing, contracts, and agreements to secure new business.
  • Exceed Targets: Be results-driven and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Nurture Relationships: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
  • Manage the Pipeline: Actively follow up on leads, quotations, and ongoing transactions to move them through the sales cycle.
  • Provide Market Insight: Report on sales activities and market developments to the Sales Manager and gather intelligence on competitor activity.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma. An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales role. However, we highly encourage fresh graduates with a passion for sales to apply!
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • A proven track record of being target-oriented and results-driven.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team player.
