Role Description

We are seeking a Junior Sales Team Lead – Asia for a full‑time remote role. The Junior Sales Team Lead will support the development and execution of sales strategies in the South‑East Asia region. Key responsibilities include overseeing an existing and future Asian team, driving sales performance, building and maintaining customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. This individual will also analyze sales data, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications
  • Strong Sales and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales Team Management and Leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and local languages in Asia
  • Highly developed analytical skills for drawing insights and identifying opportunities
  • Adaptability to remote work and multicultural collaboration
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the PCB or electronics manufacturing industry is an advantage
  • Korean, Japanese, Hindi, Telugu, Bengali, Tamil and Mandarin languages are an advantage, but not a must
  • Experience in selling Test Probes is an advantage
