A multinational FMCG company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Sales System Executive responsible for managing the Sales Automation System and training end users. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or Information Systems, have 1 to 5 years of experience in sales systems, and be fluent in English. This position will report directly to the Sales System Manager and will be responsible for smooth implementation/ launching/ managing of Sales Automation System (e.g SFA, Supervisory, Sales Analytical Tools Power BI), ensuring good understanding for End Users through end users training, guideline and support as well as maintaining BOSNET master data accuracy and integrity.
Handling the Sales Automation System in daily operations, with the ability to monitor progress and coordinate with relevant teams (e.g., IT) to ensure timely resolution of issues and adherence to troubleshooting timelines.
Taking full responsibility for any changes, IT developments / citizen developments in the system based on sales function needs and perspectives. Participate in User Requests and UAT for Sales functions, following up with IT on results.
Preparing System Training Materials for End Users and conduct training sessions to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the system.
Regularly perform System Hypercare / Training Refreshment, plan resources for execution (e.g., SFA, Supervisory, Power BI Data Analytics, etc.) and ensure smooth system utilization.
Managing and maintaining Sales master data on the systems, including routes, customers, trade programs & pricing, while ensuring alignment with the latest updates.
Bachelor's degree in Business Studies / Information System or equivalent.
1-5 years in Sales System, Sales/ Channel/ Distribution Management, or other related SFA in Multinational FMCG.
Fluent in English (both speaking and writing).
Good understanding of business process, operating/ managing sales automation system, project management, master data maintenance and computer literacy e.g., Ms. SQL and Ms. Office.
