Job Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Architecture, Design, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in lighting sales, electrical products, project sales, or related B2B industries.
  • Strong knowledge of lighting products, solutions, and applications (indoor/outdoor, architectural, commercial, or industrial).
  • Proven experience managing key accounts, developing new business, and delivering project‑based solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients such as consultants, contractors, architects, and project owners.
  • Strong analytical and solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to propose lighting solutions based on client needs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
  • English communication skills (spoken & written).
  • Willing to travel for client visits, site meetings, and project coordination.
