About the role

As a Sales Project Building Material, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and supporting the growth of PT Dekoramik Perdana, a leading construction company based in Jakarta. This full-time position will see you responsible for managing and expanding our client portfolio, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry in the Jakarta region
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, for building material projects
  • Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Coordinate with the project management team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role within the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry, building materials, and project management processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

  • Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
