- Monitoring the sales performance of the sales team.
- Monitoring and reviewing store targets.
- Proposing & reviewing sales team rewards and punishments.
- Analyze and submit manpower headcount for the number of sales teams needed.
- Monitor the sales team recruitment process.

Responsibilities
- Monitoring the sales performance of the sales team

- Analyze and submit manpower headcount for the number of sales teams needed from promoter level to regional level
- Monitor the sales team recruitment process and act as a bridge to third parties if there are obstacles in the sales team recruitment process.
