Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Order Management Associate to join our Commercial Operations team. In this role, you will support the end-to-end order fulfillment process — ensuring that client orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with internal policies and service standards.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, coordinating across teams, and ensuring smooth operational execution. You will work closely with colleagues across Southeast Asia, including supporting Mandarin-speaking clients or partners when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day processing of client orders, account setup, and changes in accordance with internal procedures.

Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.

Maintain high data accuracy within CRM and billing systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot).

Monitor order status and follow up on pending items to ensure timely fulfillment and client satisfaction.

Assist in resolving basic order-related issues and escalation of complex cases to senior team members when necessary.

Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and records to support internal audits and process reviews.

Contribute to continuous process improvements and due standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and, when required, external partners or clients (including Mandarin-speaking contacts).

Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, or related administrative/operations roles.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to coordinate effectively across teams.

Familiarity with CRM or order management systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage.

Basic understanding of sales and account management workflows.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English is an advantage.

Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in fintech, SaaS, or enterprise technology companies.

Prior experience managing offshore or regional operations teams.

Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required.

Familiarity with order-to-cash processes and cross-border billing operations is an advantage.
