Job summary

Proficiency in SAP and English is mandatory, with knowledge of taxation preferred. This role involves leading meetings and ensuring optimal allocation of orders.

Job description

Analysis Function
a. Regularly prepare and conduct sales analysis, with regular useful feedback as required by superior
b. Able to provide regular sales analysis data and share useful feedback to sales team

Order Fulfilment
a. Create and manage order fulfilment via SAP system on a daily basis, including claim or FGR (Finished Good Requisition) as required
b. Conduct order confirmation to other related departments/sections to ensure customers’ orders are allocated optimally

AR Billing, Collection and Invoicing
a. Prepare and monitor AR (Account Receivable)
b. Prepare and create OE billing/invoicing from OEM customers
c. Proceed AR collection for REP customers via Distributor Financing system/application
d. Follow up to the bank to ensure availability of credit plafond

Reporting and Documents Data Management
a. Prepare and share analysis feedback for sales achievement
b. Prepare and lead regular monitoring reports for AR performance (both REP and OE customers)
c. Manage documentation related to order fulfilment/AR monitoring
d. Provide additional information to the report based on discussion results when required

Coordination and Communication
a. Lead and conduct regular meetings with other related departments/sections
b. Manage communication with other departments/sections to ensure order requests are allocated

Global/Region/Local Initiatives
a. Participate in Region conferences and special projects where required
b. Prepare and submit reporting requirements and needs when required

Requirements

High level of integrity, respect for others, persistence, and passion for success

Language proficiency: English is mandatory (other language(s) are an added advantage)

Minimum Bachelor Degree (preferably in Accounting/Finance/Marketing)

Minimum 3-4 years of professional working experience

Understand basic finance and able to operate Ms. Office (especially Ms. Excel)

Preferably have knowledge of taxation

Mandatory able to operate SAP system

Able to work with targets, OTIF (On-Time In-Full)
