• Be proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, and WPS. Familiarity with Excel functions and PPT production is preferred.

Job Description

1. Collect and analyze market information to assist in the development of new customers and new markets.
2. Monitor market trends, respond promptly to customer requirements, and provide quotations.
3. Be responsible for coordinating and promoting the smooth execution of the entire order process.
4. Address customer complaints and overdue payments in a timely manner, and ensure effective communication and collaboration among relevant departments.
5. Update the progress of supplier management and customer management in real-time.
