What you’ll do

As our Amps business continues to grow and expand, we need to strengthen our sales team with a Sales Manager that will be responsible for managing profitable, sustainable revenue and market share growth in the Musical Instrument reseller channel. You will manage sell-in and sell-out, analyze for trends and new opportunities, and optimize brand presence to achieve objectives while facilitating connectivity in other functional areas including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Build and implement our strategy for the MI channel in the EMEA region
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with our strategic partners to drive sales growth
  • Prospect and identify potential new partners to expand our network and achieve our growth targets
  • Lead and execute direct and indirect sales initiatives to maximize revenue
  • Effectively managing forecasts and sales executions to align with company goals.
  • Developing and executing effective joint GTM plans together with our marketing and product department
  • Developing and managing Annual Business Plans with key partners.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, product management, and customer support to ensure great consumer experience
Who we’re looking for

You know the MI industry very well, have great network and trust in the MI channel. You’re proactive and independent whilst being able to manage and prioritize your tasks. Driving projects and managing marketplaces requires a methodological approach and having an aptitude for analyzing data to come to the right conclusions. Having a collaborative mindset and being solution oriented will be fundamental to succeed in this role.

You probably have the following experiences & skills
  • 5+ years of experience in MI sales and marketing;
  • Knowledge of MI retail basics, traffic & conversion drivers, search, the consumer’s path to purchase journey and pure play customer models
  • Experience working with international teams and accounts & understanding how to tailor our brand approach to each local is a plus
  • Solution-oriented with a focus on achieving results
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Keen interest & knowledge in the MI industry
  • Multilingual in other languages within EMEA region is a plus
