Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market penetration across key industries.

Lead sales team to actively approach potential customers to achieve sales target in industrial sector.

Search for new customers and manage relationships with existing customers.

Conduct market research including analysis of competitors, sales strategies, etc.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to proactively adjust strategies.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive sales experience in the lubricants, petroleum, or related industrial sectors.
  • A minimum of 2 years in a managerial or leadership role, overseeing a sales team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and local language (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia).
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain high enthusiasm and motivation of sales team.
  • Having a car driving license is a must.
