We recruit a Sales manager Fragrance

Missions
  • Client Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts in Indonesia.
  • Sales Strategy : Drive revenue growth by understanding client needs, identifying opportunities, and presenting tailored fragrance solutions.
  • Market Expansion : Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Performance Tracking : Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Chemical Engineering or related major;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fragrance business.
  • Outstanding presentation, selling and negotiating skills
  • Good communication and coordination skills;
  • English fluent
