The candidate will be responsible for analyzing market trends, managing key enterprise accounts, and leading a team of sales professionals. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the enterprise segment to achieve revenue goals.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
Formulate sales & marketing plans and deploy effective events for target customers.
Identify, pursue, and close new business from prospective and existing major clients.
Manage and grow a portfolio of key enterprise accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships.
Build business cases for telecom/ICT solutions (e.g., connectivity, cloud, data centers).
Lead negotiations and contract discussions for large, complex deals.
Lead, mentor, train, and motivate a team of enterprise sales professionals.
Set sales targets, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews.
Establish and nurture strong, trusted relationships with key decision‑makers in target accounts.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and act as a point of contact for major needs.
Work closely with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Product teams to align value propositions and deliver comprehensive solutions.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic analyses to senior management.
Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Engineering, Business, or related field, and GPA > 3.0.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the telecom or ICT industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of telecom products, services, and market dynamics.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
Strategic thinker with excellent problem‑solving skills.
