What you will do

As Sales Manager, you will play a key role in setting up, shaping and expanding our commercial organisation in Indonesia. You will work closely with the Commercial Director of Media Info Groep to define and execute a successful commercial strategy for the Indonesian market.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a commercial strategy for Indonesia.
  • Building and leading the sales organisation and expanding the customer portfolio.
  • Identifying market needs and translating them into relevant propositions.
  • Maintaining and growing a strong network within the communication, PR and media landscape.
  • Collaborating with the Dutch leadership team to position our technology and services locally.
  • Reporting progress, opportunities and results to the Commercial Director.

In short: You will be the commercial face of Media Info Group in Indonesia.

Desired Experience & Skills
  • 5‑10 years of experience in a commercial role within the media industry.
  • Knowledge of the Indonesian media monitoring, communication and PR market.
  • A network within communication and PR agencies is a plus.
  • Strong commercial insight and result‑driven mindset.
  • Entrepreneurial, self‑starting and proactive.
  • Structured and process‑oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia & English).
