A leading technology solutions provider is looking for an experienced sales manager to grow new accounts in the Non-Mining Industry sector. The role is based in Jakarta and requires over 5 years of IT sales experience with a proven ability to build relationships with enterprise clients. Candidates should be self-motivated, possess strong communication skills, and have a track record of achieving sales targets. This position offers an opportunity to drive revenue growth while delivering innovative solutions.
Primary responsibility to prospect, qualify and grow new accounts to sell Company’s complete line of solutions specifically for a Non-Mining Industry business sector.
Establish relationships with the client’s IT and business unit executives as a trusted advisor who will understand their needs, and requirements.
Should be able to lead the conversations with leading Enterprise Accounts.
Working close with internal Technical Solutions Advisor and Pre-Sales team during the roll of Sales Stages process.
Ensures sales targets are achieved and maintains good customer rapport.
Responsible for developing long-term relationships with the portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
Provide thought leadership and collaborate with the various internal groups along with the account management team.
Grow revenue within the territory to meet established top-line targets while continuing to expand our footprint as well as diversify the services being delivered.
