Are you an experienced sales professional looking to take the next step in your career? United Training Services Indonesia is seeking a talented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Indonesia. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading and be at forefront of our expansion in Southeast Asia, responsible for winning new clients, building partnerships, and driving adoption of our software to achieve ambitious targets and driving business growth.

What you’ll be doing
  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for Indonesia, targeting shipowners, offshore operators & service providers, training centers, and government bodies.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the maritime, oil & gas, and renewable energy.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships at C-level and operational level, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Represent UTS at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to build visibility and credibility.
  • Deliver product presentations, demos, and workshops, translating technical features into client benefits.
  • Collaborate with the implementation and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and high client satisfaction.
  • Provide market insights to shape UTS’s go-to-market strategy and product roadmap in Southeast Asia.
  • Meet and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs.
What we’re looking for
  • Proven sales experience (5+ years) in SaaS, digital solutions, or technology for the maritime, oil & gas, or energy industries.
  • Strong existing network within Indonesia’s maritime and offshore sector.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills; able to handle complex accounts and multiple decision-makers.
  • Self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial scale-up environment with minimal supervision.
  • Tech-savvy with a natural curiosity for software and digital transformation; eager to deep dive into product functionality.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and deliver results.
  • Willingness to travel within Indonesia for client meetings and events.
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in relevant field.
