We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's revenue growth, leading a high-performing sales team, and developing strategic sales initiatives to expand our market presence.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and providing ongoing coaching and support
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to customers
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Oversee contract negotiations and ensure smooth handover of closed deals to relevant departments
  • Prepare and present sales reports, analytics, and insights to senior management
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products or services
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales analytics tools
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close high-value deals
  • In-depth knowledge of sales forecasting and pipeline management techniques
  • Excellent budgeting and financial planning skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions
  • Familiarity with industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends as required
  • Experience working in the Indonesian market or Southeast Asian region is a plus
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable
