We are seeking an experienced and driven Customer Service Supervisor to join our growing team at PT Enerfusion Technology Indonesia, specializing in EV charger installation and after‑sales services.

In this full‑time role based in Jakarta, you will be responsible for overseeing customer service operations, ensuring high service quality, and supporting the delivery and operation of our EV charging products and services to a diverse range of customers.

What you’ll be doing
  • Lead, manage, and supervise Customer Service and Technical teams to ensure smooth daily operations and high service quality.
  • Handle and resolve escalated customer issues efficiently, ensuring timely solutions and high customer satisfaction.
  • Optimize and improve operational processes, drive internal departmental efficiency, ensure service quality and cost effectiveness.
  • Analyze operational and service performance data, prepare regular reports, and propose actionable improvements.
  • Maintain and develop long‑term customer relationships, ensuring strong trust and sustainable cooperation with end users and partners.
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum of 3 years of successful customer service experience in the renewable energy or any B2C industry.
  • Problem‑solving skills and a consultative approach to address customer needs.
  • Bachelor degree or above, preferably in marketing, management, communication, or engineering related majors.
  • Strong communication, coordination and team management skills, able to work efficiently in a cross‑cultural environment.
  • Familiar with customer service process, with data analysis ability, able to optimize operation through data‑driven insights.
