• Generate potential customers.
• Promote property projects to potential customers by providing accurate information regarding property specifications, pricing, and promotions.
• Follow up and manage potential customers in order to drive them to visit projects.
• Ensure a positive and professional customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers and our clients (projects).
• Meet monthly sales targets (property purchase).
• Prepare and update regular sales and activity reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support sales initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in property sales or real estate is preferred.
• Have a good track record in sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, customer‑oriented, and target‑driven.
• Willing to be based on‑site around Alam Sutera.
