- Responsible for doing sales planning and bottom-up forecast with distributors based on target agreed, with 80% to 90% accuracy.
- Responsible for penetrating must carry/have SKU at POS level refer to POS classifications.
- Responsible for distributors sell-through achievement vs target and adequate with sales target which maintain inventory level not over than 60D.
- Responsible for proposing local activity support based on market needed also on national trade promo execution including claim process and validation which lead to revenue upside.
- Responsible for distributors day to day sales process and salesman performance of Distributors.
- Responsible on creating plan for following month to resources support (Merchandiser “MD” & Sales Channel Representative “SCR”) also monitoring the performance of resources.
- Responsible for number of POS and value of transactional growth refer to POS classifications.
- Responsible for conducting daily briefing and weekly sales review with distributors sales team.
- Responsible for conducting monthly and quarterly review with distributors owner.
- Responsible for doing market visit with sales team regularly on daily basis also collecting competitor activity to be submit to marketing team.
Requirements:
- Able to speak English n conversation level will be a value added.
- Minimum of 5 years in sales work, especially in managing distributors' performance.
- Having experience in Building Material Industry will be a value added.
- Experience in train sales team.
- Willing to work with high level of mobility
