To support SAMASI’s business development by connecting with ship owners, operators, and customers from China. The role focuses on communication, coordination, and promotion of ship agency services to Mandarin-speaking clients.

📋 Key Responsibilities / 主要职责
1. Sales & Client Development / 销售与客户拓展

Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities.
识别潜在客户并拓展新的业务机会。

Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications.
准备并提交报价方案及后续沟通。

Maintain professional relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
维护客户关系,确保客户满意度。

Support coordination between SAMASI Indonesia and Chinese clients.
协助印尼SAMASI团队与中国客户之间的沟通协调。

2. Communication & Reporting / 沟通与报告

Communicate effectively in Mandarin and English via email, WeChat, and meetings.
通过电子邮件、微信及会议以中文和英文进行有效沟通。

Translate and interpret documents when needed for smooth cross-language coordination.
在需要时进行文件翻译与口译,确保跨语言协调顺畅。

Provide weekly and monthly sales updates to the Commercial Director.

Bachelor’s degree in any major.

Native or fluent in Mandarin, with good command of English (written and spoken).
