  • Acquire new Japanese clients in Indonesia through canvassing, outreach, and networking. Identify client needs and match them with company's services.
  • Prepare proposals, conduct sales presentations, and support pitching—primarily in Japanese.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and KPI delivery.
  • Secure sponsorships for company's events and partnership programs.
  • Maintain sales pipeline, negotiate deals, and achieve revenue targets.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Proficient in Japanese.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years experience in business development or sales (client acquisition).
  • Experience working with Japanese companies or Japan-related roles is preferred.
  • Have existing network within Japanese business communities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of client needs and marketing/media solutions.
  • Able to communicate in English (written & verbal).
