Responsibilities
  • Own a revenue & margin target; maintain a 3× pipeline and accurate forecasting in CRM.
  • Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting → solution scoping → proposals/BOQs → negotiation → close.
  • Project/Spec sales: work with contractors, consultants, and developers to secure specifications.
  • Channel sales (modern trade): plan promotions, launches, and in-store activation with dealers; execute joint business plans.
  • Accounts: collaborate with teams to configure solutions with sustainability benefits.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, pricing, technical service, and credit to ensure on-time, in-full delivery.
  • Uphold SCG’s Code of Conduct, safety, and ESG standards in all customer engagements.
Qualifications
  • 2–6 years of B2B sales in building materials, packaging, or industrial products.
  • Strong hunting and key-account skills; negotiation discipline and pricing acumen.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia & English; solid CRM hygiene (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics).
  • Advantage: experience with project/spec selling or modern-trade execution.
