We are looking for a passionate and target-oriented Sales Executive B2B professional who understands the dynamics of the flexible packaging industry. This role focuses on acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships, and offering packaging solutions that align with customer needs.
Identify, acquire, and develop new business opportunities through active prospecting, client visits, and strategic networking
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase sales volume, and expand market share
Conduct product presentations and propose customized packaging solutions tailored to customer needs, ensuring high conversion and closing rates
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including negotiation, pricing discussions, and deal closure, in line with company targets and margin objectives
Maintain strong long-term client relationships to drive repeat orders and sustainable revenue growth
Open to candidates from all academic backgrounds
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales — preferably in packaging, plastics, or FMCG industries
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a clear focus on closing deals
