Qualifications

Bachelor Degree (S1) preferable majoring in Chemical Engineering, International Relations, Industrial Engineering or Public Relation with GPA > 3.0.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience in polymer would be an advantage.

Strong ability in problem solving, computer operation, analytical and presentation skills.

Knowledge of market polymer business in Indonesia.

Excellent communication in English (both spoken and written) and Mandarin/Hokkien is preferable; Korean is a plus.

Good communication & interpersonal skills, strong confidence, highly motivated for self‑improvement, proactive, cooperative, and good teamwork.

Willing to be located at Jakarta Office.

Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain good relationships with existing customers by regular contact and/or meetings.
  • Increase market share by acquiring new customers and developing existing customers.
  • Respond to inquiries, make offers, and negotiate deals with customers.
  • Issue sales contracts and monitor delivery/logistics.
  • Monitor customer payments to prevent bad debts.
  • Attend and respond to customer claims and complaints and settle them immediately.
  • Follow up on sample requests from customers and monitor trials.
  • Go on business trips when necessary.
  • Gather market information and provide feedback to management.
