Job summary

A healthcare company in Jawa Barat is looking for an experienced Sales Associate to develop relationships with community and medical providers to attract patients to the clinic. You will prepare events and promotions in collaboration with marketing and engage with insurance companies, schools, and malls. The ideal candidate has a diploma or bachelor's degree, at least 3 years of sales/marketing experience, and strong skills in public speaking and negotiation.

Overview

Develop and engage relationships and join events with community, medical providers (clinic, hospital, lab, midwife, etc.), companies with insurance, schools, and malls to produce patients for our clinic.

Prepare promos and retail programs for the above market (working together with PJ clinic).

Create events for the above market (working together with Marcomm).

Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Diploma/ bachelor’s degree, any major.
  • Experience: Years of experience in Hospital/ Clinic/ Healthcare Facilities as Sales Associate. Background from other business is allowed, with at least 3 years’ experience in sales/marketing.
  • Mandatory skills & knowledge: Existing network of relationships with communities, medical providers (Hospital/ Clinic/ Healthcare Facilities), insurance, and malls is a plus; outgoing and active with broad relationships; capable of achieving revenue targets; qualified in sales and marketing skills including finding potential markets to become patients, public speaking, developing close relationships with the community and PIC, negotiation, and leading meetings & coordination; smart, hard-working and high achiever orientation; experience in corporate sales and marketing, especially in Medical Service; excellent Business English both written and oral; professional, mature, team-oriented and target-driven.
