  • Initiate and develop client relationships through calls and meetings.
  • Build a network of high-quality candidates relevant to your client portfolio through advertising, headhunting, seeking referrals and exploring our extensive talent database.
  • Generate leads and vacancies, matching client needs with appropriate candidates & strategic recruitment solutions.
  • Engage with customers through on-site meetings, lunches, coffees, networking events and seminars.
  • Guide, feedback, and influence customers through the interview process, ensuring every opportunity for a successful placement.
Requirement
  • Bachelors' Degree with at least 3 years' experience of having worked in related functions/industries mentioned above or within a recruitment company.
  • Passion for a commercial role and what you have done in your career with proven results.
