To be considered for this role, ideally you will have:

  • A Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the cloud or technology industry
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including the use of formulas for analysis and reporting
  • Experience working with ERP systems (such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across functions
  • A proactive and process-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Experience in preparing business reports and dashboards using Excel or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
  • Understanding of principal management and negotiation including basic commercial models, trade, and retention program with any IT Principal is an advantage
Key responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Cloud Sales team, ensuring timely tracking of discounts, commercial approvals, and performance metrics, documentation, supporting the sales process and maintaining compliance with principal requirements.
  • Act as the liaison between internal teams (Sales, Finance, Operations) and external Principal representatives to ensure smooth resolution of commercial and administrative matters.
  • Facilitate alignment on pricing structures, discount approvals, and commercial settlements, ensuring efficient execution within agreed timelines.
  • Support the implementation of principal-driven commercial programs to end clients.
  • Accelerate negotiation processes with Principals to meet customer/sales expectations, aligning pricing, discount strategies, and relevant data in internal systems (CRM, ERP, etc.) to support customer’s stickiness and retention.
  • Develop and maintain regular performance dashboards and ad-hoc KPI reports.
  • Analyze customer usage and program data to identify trends, detect anomalies, and provide actionable insights to improve retention programs.
