Job summary

A leading IT consulting firm in Jakarta is seeking a Business Development Executive to manage strategic accounts and develop deep relationships with key clients. The successful candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in business development within IT consulting or telecommunications. Responsibilities include overseeing proposals, leading high-value deals, and providing support to sales executives. Strong knowledge of telecom solutions and CRM proficiency is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Manage strategic/major accounts, leading complex and high-value deals.
  • Develop deep relationships at executive and decision makers within client organizations.
  • Oversee solution proposal strategy with Solution Architects.
  • Ensure proposals align strategically with client’s business objectives.
  • Lead tender processes, vendor registrations, and negotiations.
  • Provide coaching and strategic support to Sales Executives on selected deals.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in business development or sales within IT consulting, telecommunications, or network infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of telecom solutions such as fiber networks, wireless technologies, network security, unified communications, and cloud-based connectivity.
  • Demonstrated success in closing complex B2B deals and meeting revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value for customers.
  • Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
