Job summary

A leading manufacturer in the footwear industry is seeking a Sales Order Management Specialist in Garut, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will oversee order management, coordinate across departments, and ensure timely fulfillment. Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end order management, including order monitoring, delivery planning, and on-time fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with PPIC, Warehouse, Exim, Accounting, and Quality to meet customer requirements and resolve claims.
  • Maintain accurate delivery documentation, pricing records, and customer data in the system.
  • Manage customer communications, including requests, complaints, and feedback.
  • Monitor and manage the framas buffer concept and ensure timely reporting to customers.
  • Prepare periodic sales and operational reports required by internal and group standards.
  • Support audit activities and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Supervise daily sales operations and support team development and training.
  • Maintain updated product portfolio information and manage related system entries (Winline, Sales Plan, APT).
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Min. 3 years of experience in Sales or Order Management (manufacturing preferred).
  • Proficient in English (verbal and written).
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management abilities.
  • Able to work independently and in cross-functional teams (PPIC, Warehouse, Exim, Accounting, Quality).
  • Willing to travel for customer visits or business needs.
