Job summary

TAILG Indonesia looking for a highly motivated and field-oriented Sales Area to manage and grow our B2B business in the Jabodetabek region.

This role focuses on building strong dealer networks, developing new business opportunities, and driving sales performance through active market visits and close partner relationships. The position is ideal for candidates who enjoy traveling, meeting partners directly in the field, and contributing to the growth of the electric vehicle industry.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute B2B sales activities across the Jabodetabek area.
  • Build, maintain, and manage relationships with existing dealers and potential dealers.
  • Present and explain electric bicycle products professionally to B2B partners.
  • Plan and conduct regular dealer visits and follow up on sales opportunities.
  • Collect market and dealer feedback related to products, pricing, and field operations.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and area progress updates.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, area sales, or B2B sales.
  • Willing to travel extensively across the Jabodetabek region.
  • Willing to go on frequent business trips (almost weekly, moving between cities).
  • Experience in the electric vehicle industry is a plus.
  • Able to communicate in English; speaking Chinese is a plus.
