A leading marine services company in Bali is seeking an administrative professional to manage documents, input stock data, and support order processing. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in administration or logistics, a minimum D3 in a related field, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong communication skills, especially in English, are required, and preference is given to those with marine or spare part industry experience. This role is based in Serangan, Bali.
Manage and organize administrative documents (letters, invoices, PO, DO, reports).
Input and update stock data and sales/purchase transactions for Marine Spare Parts.
Support order processing for customers and suppliers.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams.
Prepare daily or monthly administrative reports Engineering.
Minimum D3 in a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in administration or logistics.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic ERP/administration systems.
Good communication skills, especially in English.
Preferably experienced in marine or spare part industries.
Based in Serangan, Bali.
