Tasks

Role Overview


We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our growing pipeline of projects. This role involves preparing professional sales quotations and providing day-to-day administrative support to the sales team. You will play a vital role in ensuring clients receive timely, accurate, and well-formatted proposals while helping us stay organized behind the scenes.


Key Responsibilities


Sales Quotations


Prepare clear, accurate, and well-formatted quotations for clients using Ahti’s templates.


Liaise with the sales team and suppliers to confirm pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.


Update and revise quotations based on client feedback or scope changes.


Track open quotations and maintain a clear record of version history.


Sales Administration


Log and track enquiries, leads, and quotations in our CRM or shared database.


Support basic order processing and prepare accompanying documents such as invoices or delivery schedules.


Coordinate sample requests and product information for clients.


Assist with client presentations, product data sheets, and tender submissions.


Maintain organized digital folders and ensure all sales documents are up to date.


Requirements

Requirements


1–3 years of experience in a sales admin, quotations, or coordinator role (ideally in interiors, design, or product-based industries).


Strong attention to detail, especially with numbers and formatting.


Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, Word, and cloud-based tools.


Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.


Professional written communication and formatting skills.


Bonus: knowledge of sanitary ware or interior products is a plus.
