A leading agricultural sales company in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Sales Admin. Responsibilities include processing orders, invoicing, maintaining records, and compiling sales reports. Ideal candidates should have at least a diploma and 3 years of relevant experience, possess good communication skills and proficiency in English.
We are solely involved in the marketing and sales of agricultural machinery in Indonesia holding reputable product agencies include LANDINI, YANMAR, LS and a wide range of agriculture implements.
We are seeking immediately to hire an experienced Sales Admin with the following qualifications and experiences.
Responsibilities:
To receive and process purchase orders, make quotations, sales contracts and prepare all related pre and post sales documentation
To invoice sales transactions
Maintain and update sales and customer records
Compile monthly sales reports
Support the sales department with other administrative tasks when required
Track and follow up for payments key customers
Requirements:
Minimum diploma/bachelor degree with 3 years working experience inadministration, logistics or shipping knowledge.
Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and computer literate.
Proficient in both written and spoken in English.
