A leading company in the food industry located in Bogor, Indonesia is seeking a Reward & Organization Development Manager to design competitive compensation strategies. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives such as job evaluation and remuneration policies while requiring at least 7 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills are essential, along with a Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or a related field. Design and implement competitive and internally equitable compensation, benefits, and reward strategies.
Develop annual remuneration policies, bonus schemes, and reward & recognition programs.
Lead organization development initiatives including job evaluation, job grading, job profile updates, and organizational structure review.
Provide data-driven analysis and strategic recommendations to management.
Ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll and benefits administration.
Conduct salary surveys and market benchmarking to maintain competitiveness.
Drive continuous improvement in remuneration systems and organizational design.
Monitor regulatory compliance related to labor, taxation, and compensation policies.
Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as BPJS, benefit vendors, OD consultants, and survey institutions.
